This award winning hotel provides a 220 seat Bistro, Lounge Bar, Sports Bar, Al Fresco Terraces and a Conference Room(s) for up to 200 patrons (banquet) or 400 patrons (cocktail), whilst the Quest facility offers around 80 rooms for corporate and leisure markets.

OUR ROLE
The client is a long time industry colleague who requested Pre–Design services to include the preparation of a Preliminary Brief document detailing project specifications in relation to business components, their size, adjacency and location; advice as to selection of an architect/interior designer; ongoing general design and layout advice; provision of bar designs and associated documentation sets; liaison with trades; attendance at project meetings and collaboration with operator in terms of operational and commercial objectives.
